General Membership Meeting Minutes
June 20, 2019
Call to Order
Robert Anderson called the Regular Meeting of the RHGNA at 6:30 on June 20, 2019 at the Harvard Gulch Golf Course Club House.
Attendance
Board Members in attendance were; Robert Anderson (President), Tom Montoya (Sec/Treas), James Dean (Member-at-Large), Ginny Eiseman (Community Liaison). Members absent Sandy Pierce (VP), Maria Hargett (Business), Margie Fetchik (Communications). Suzanne and Doug Baity were also present.
Approval of May 23, 2019 Minutes – APPROVED – Motion James Dean 2nd Ginny Eiseman
Spring into Summer Event June 7 & 8 – Doug and Suzanne Baity
Received $500.00 check from Councilman Kashmann’s Office as donation.
Rosedale School Project – Presentation by Arlene Taniwaki, CU Graduate School of Architecture and Planning
Ms. Taniwaki proposed allowing the students to develop a redevelopment plan for the site. The project would coincide with 2020 school year.
The scope of the project will include the building and grounds.
The RHGNA committed to support the project
Rosedale Flag – Tabled
Zoning issue – 2160 S Grant St.
The board will invite the developer to a Neighborhood meeting
Posting of Agendas and Minutes on the Website – Board approved posting summary minutes and agendas on the website.
Discussion of sponsoring a Summer Event in August.
General Meeting in October - Tentative date 10/17/2019
Discussion of the Baitys’ role within the RHGNA
