Denver RNO's receive notification of Zoning Amendment Applications within and near their neighborhood.  All application notifications that RHGNA receives will be listed on this page.  After the Amendment's Hearing Date, a notification will be moved to the Archive Section at the bottom of this page.

Please note, as an organization, RHGNA does not take positions on any neighborhood or city issue.  We exist to connect our neighbors to each other and to inform you of important events and issues.  

Denver's Planning and Development Department welcomes your comments on pending amendments. Comments may be provided by mail or in person at public hearings.  For complete instructions on when and how to submit comments, visit the Contact the Planning Board page.

Slot Home Amendment

The proposed text amendments to the Denver Zoning Code are intended to implement the strategies described in the Slot Home Strategy Report

Amended language:  "Town Row House Establish standards for Multi-Unit Dwelling buildings containing Side-by-Side Dwelling Units that require development where each Dwelling Unit to Orient to the Street and has have a street-facing entrance. No Dwelling Units are located behind the Dwelling Units Oriented to the Street."
